Paddlers and conservationists Adam and Susan Elliott set out to explore the wild rivers of Washington’s Olympic Peninsula.
The Wild Olympics Campaign is a community-driven effort to protect these rivers and surrounding landscapes through new Wilderness designations and expanded Wild and Scenic River protections. These rivers provide clean water, world-class recreation, critical habitat for salmon and steelhead, and lasting economic benefits for local communities.
Originally produced in 2019, this film captures a moment in an ongoing effort to protect the Olympic Peninsula’s free-flowing rivers for future generations.
