Shaped by the Land

In Ille-sur-Têt, the land sets the rhythm and the landscape guides every decision. Mountain biking becomes a way to reconnect with the territory, respecting its limits and identity. A movement that brings life back to the village, creating connections between people, paths, and local knowledge.

Trails Still Blazing

Megan McJames carved her own path in her alpine ski racing career, culminating in three Olympic performances. Her newest path into motherhood takes the values she found in her athletic career and applies them to that of being a parent — notably, doing things her own way. Trails Still Blazing explores the balance between women as caregivers and women as adventurers. This film is a love letter to women everywhere who are experiencing both, a pursuit of passion and of parenthood.

Of the Black Sea

More than a ski film, Of the Black Sea is a personal, character-driven journey with Türkiye’s mountains as the backdrop. Turkic-American pro skier Giray Dadali returns to his father’s homeland to confront a question he’s carried for years: Which has a greater influence—heritage or upbringing? As he
steps into a new chapter of life, the trip becomes both an adventure and an exploration of belonging. Moving between winter terrain, lived-in moments, and reflections on family and culture, Giray searches for where he fits—and what parts of Turkish identity he wants to carry forward. The result is a film about connection: to place, to lineage, and to the stories we inherit and rewrite.

No Life Defined: Yao Miao ’s Rise as a Trail Running Icon

Yao Miao began running within China’s sporting system with the goal of supporting her family. Facing adversity and breaking barriers, she has become a pioneer in trail running while inspiring new generations in China and beyond. A moving story about ambition, family, and the power of sport.

Cape to Cape

Adventurer Jonas Deichmann, multiple ultracycling world record holder, teams up with ultra cyclist and photographer Philipp Hympendahl. When they set off, the current record for the Cape to Cape challenge stands at 102 days. This 18,000 km long bicycle ride is self-supported, so they have to pack light and stay on the move. Jonas and Philipp want to crush the record by more than 30 days. This means riding 250 km every day, no rest days allowed.

Two Days in the Tetons with Alex Yoder | Patagonia

Last April, Patagonia ambassador Alex Yoder headed into the Wyoming backcountry for two days of simplicity and backcountry snowboarding. No conversations, no cell phones, no purpose: just enjoying the process, connecting with nature and savoring the peace of the perfect powder turn.

Too True.

Too True, our 6th consecutive film, would not have been possible without the support of Bozeman, our sponsors, the Reckless Beauty Foundation, and the friends and families that helped along the way.

Skiing the Zombie Apocalypse

This couloir has more names than known descents. Some call it the “Cabin Couloir.” Others call it “the Zombie Apocalypse.” The Teton steep skiing OGs call it “Ichiban.”
It’s so rarely skied that there’s almost no beta on the line. Very little information exists, and the few who have attempted it have had to figure it out as they go. There’s a reason lines like this are shrouded in mystery.
Last spring, Clayton Herman, Erich Roepke, and Jim Ryan skied it top down. They dropped in committed to the unknown.

On the Trail, Off the Clock

What began as a road-trip through the rugged Andes of Chile and Argentina to take on bold FKT attempts was met with the need for embracing chaos, fatigue, and the beauty of moving as one. The outcome for Brooks trail athletes—Anna Gibson, Courtney Coppinger, Remi Leroux, and Dan Curts— rapidly turned unknown, but the power of togetherness is undeniable.

The Life We Have | Mortality, Movement & the Richness of Being Alive

What would you do if death felt just steps away? For Rob Shaver -- having lived through multiple stage 4 cancer recurrences in the past two decades -- mortality has felt ever-present. "The Life We Have" follows his journey, a daily running streak -- three years and counting -- and a spirit that has kept him going through his latest terminal cancer diagnosis. Tracing Rob’s experience with the disease for most of his adult life, we come to confront some of the deepest questions at the heart of the human experience: What makes life meaningful when it feels most precarious? How do we keep moving forward when suffering feels endless? As the film unfolds and Rob’s story deepens, we are invited into an intimate meditation on mortality, movement, and a reminder to cherish the life we have.
